20 YEARS OF IMPACT
To celebrate this milestone in our own way, we have launched the NÉTALI Festival, which means “telling a story” in Wolof. This festival embodies our two decades of commitment to providing access to information for African communities. It is an opportunity to celebrate the successes built on the foundation of the edutainment strategy. It will also be a time to prepare for the future and explore the potential of narrative power.
Narrative change is now at the heart of our mission, marking a significant turning point in our actions. Convinced that stories have the power to shape perceptions and influence social realities, we are committed to fostering the development of new narratives capable of inspiring change.

NÉTALI invite chaque participant à devenir à la fois narrateur et auditeur, participant actif dans un échange continu qui nourrit le changement et la croissance collective.
NÉTALI aspire à mobiliser des penseurs, des créateurs et des innovateurs de divers domaines – arts visuels, médias et les investisseurs, bailleurs de fonds du développement – pour initier un dialogue riche et varié qui inspire l’innovation autour du changement social et narratif à travers le continent africain et au-delà. Ce festival n’est pas seulement un événement ; c’est un appel à l’action pour que chacun découvre le pouvoir de ses propres histoires et utilise ce pouvoir pour influencer positivement le monde

Ce thème incarne les valeurs de soutien, de collaboration et d’ouverture. Il célèbre la diversité des expériences, des choix et des perspectives, tout en offrant une opportunité unique d’élargir sa vision du monde en s’enrichissant des histoires des autres.
Lors de cet événement marquant les 20 ans de l’ONG RAES, Xool Ko Ci Sa Bopp guidera les créations artistiques et animera les discussions. Un rappel fort de l’importance des interactions humaines pour bâtir un avenir plus solidaire et inclusif.

The workshops of the NÉTALI festival – “to tell a story” in Wolof – brought together talents in Dakar to celebrate two decades of impact. Guided by the theme “Xool Ko Ci Sa Bopp” (“What if it were you”), these gatherings explored the power of storytelling to inspire inclusive and sustainable social change.
